1. Applicability
These rules apply to prepaid advisory programs listed on streamhubs.digital where a formal invoice identifies Streamhubs as seller. Third-party hardware or pure procurement passes remain governed by those vendors.
2. Cooling-off Period
Remote purchasers acting as consumers may withdraw within fourteen calendar days of purchase unless services commenced with express consent. Business purchasers follow contracted milestones instead.
3. Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds occur when Streamhubs cancels a cohort before kickoff or when deliverables promised in writing fail entirely due to our fault within the opening sprint.
4. Partial Adjustments
When partial workshops delivered value, refunds align with unused segments documented through attendance logs and artifact delivery timestamps.
5. Non-refundable Items
Custom photography, rush vendor deposits, or completed onsite audits become non-refundable once vendors invoice Streamhubs even if broader programs pause.
6. Process & Timing
Email refund requests to studio@streamhubs.digital with invoice references. Verified approvals process within fourteen business days using the original payment path unless banking rules prohibit it.
7. Korean Consumer Channels
