General Terms

These General Terms govern access to streamhubs.digital and advisory engagements initiated through Streamhubs ("we", "us"). By requesting information or submitting forms, you confirm that you can bind your organization where applicable. Contracts for implementation work may add supplemental statements — those documents prevail when explicitly referenced.

Streamhubs provides trade marketing documentation, sequencing frameworks, and deployment guidance for in-store media placements. Deliverables are descriptive plans and assets unless a separate statement lists executable procurement. We do not operate retail networks on your behalf.

Clients supply timely brand guidelines, vendor contacts, and venue permissions. You maintain accuracy of registration data and cooperate with reasonable audit requests tied to active engagements. Failure to supply critical venue information may delay timelines without constituting breach by Streamhubs.

Pre-existing Streamhubs methodologies remain ours. Client-provided marks stay yours. Jointly developed templates grant you a non-exclusive license for internal retail execution while engagements remain active unless extended in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law, Streamhubs is not liable for indirect losses, showroom downtime caused by third-party installers, or consequential revenue assumptions tied to creative placements. Aggregate liability for paid engagements caps at fees paid for the impacted sprint unless mandatory law states otherwise.

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Daejeon hold primary jurisdiction unless another venue is mandated for consumers entitled to mandatory protections.

Either party may suspend work for uncured material breach after written notice. Streamhubs may suspend digital services when security threats emerge. Upon termination, confidentiality obligations survive alongside accrued payment responsibilities described in active statements.
